The hotel isn't fancy or anything, but has all the necessary accomodations. Rooms were very clean, there's a small fridge, a small but well-equipped bathroom and they think of small things such as a shoe brush in the room, all extra sanitary stuff you might need,... Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, proper Okinawan breakfast that really helps you start the day and all delicious.

The hotel is close to a beach and the main shopping streets. It is also really easy to get around with a car. The staff were friendly and really helpful.

This hotel offered a great value for money. It is located only a 10-minute walk from the Tomari port, which is ideal if you are catching any of the ferries. The bed was comfortable, the room of decent size, and the receptionists spoke very good English.

I enjoy my stay at Hotel Roco Inn Okinawa much. Like the all you can it breakfast Very much. All staff i met were friendly. There is also a 24 hours supermarket within 5 mins walk distance. The distance to the famous street 國際通 is more or less 1 Km, to the nearest monorail way station is about 750 M. I like walking so the location is fine fo me,but might be a negative issue for others.

The hotel Is located in a very good position to reach Kokusai Street and other places in Naha. The staff was very kind and the facilities was clean. The breakfast gained the hotel a lot of points, since it was tipical okinawa food and you will have it in a tatami izakaya inside the hotel.

- very good location of the hotel (approximately 12-15 min by foot to Kokusaidori street, 10 min by foot to Tomarin port, 10 min by foot to monorail station) - small but cozy room and very comfortable beds - delicious breakfast in Okinawa style - very kind and helpful staff - there is also izakaya where you can eat and drink in the evening

The atmosphere was casual yet professional. I think people often rate hotels without considering how much they paid. For about $40 night USD or ¥6,000/night, this place is excellent. My husband and I were stuck in Okinawa for days due to a Typhoon. This hotel had everything we needed including laundry and a restaurant with very reasonable priced and delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very kind and helpful. When we had no where else to go it was a very nice place! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was excellent! They were so helpful and patient with us as well. The breakfast was a delicious Okinawa style breakfast buffet (if you want western options there are none) . The hotel was located about a 10 min walk to Kokusai Dori, but very close to delicious local restaurants. If you are a couple, I suggest getting the double twin room to sleep more comfortably.

The staff is polite and really helpful. Towels and bathrobes are changed everyday and they clean your room every three days, which is not something you can expect in every hotel.
